Stroke risk screening with
Free cholesterol check
The Stroke Team from Susssquehanna Health System will be conducting a stroke screen at The Center on January 21, 2006 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Due to the intensity of this screening, participants must pre-schedule Walk-ins are discouraged and will only be accommodated after scheduled participants are screened and if time permits.
Attend a free screening for a blood pressure and heart rhythm check, lifestyle and family health history review, and a free total cholesterol screening. You will receive a personal evaluation of your risk factors for stroke and helpful handouts, including wallet card listing the warning signs for a stroke.
